Meet the Founder
LXL Aviation was founded by Liam Henry, an airport operations professional with extensive experience delivering operational improvement initiatives, airport mobilization programs, and strategic aviation projects at some of North America’s busiest international airports.
Throughout his career, Liam has led initiatives across airport & airside operations, baggage systems, air traffic control systems, operational architecture, readiness planning, performance improvement, and operational governance. His experience includes collaborating with airport authorities, airlines, government agencies, and ground handling organizations to improve operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
Having worked in both strategic planning and frontline airport operations, Liam brings a practical perspective to every engagement, combining operational expertise with data-driven decision making and a collaborative approach to solving complex airport challenges.
